Kearon Braybrook, 30,  was arrested and charged following reports of an intruder at a property in Spixworth Road, Old Catton.

Police were called to the address at 11am on February 25.

Braybrook, of Salhouse Road, Norwich, appeared at Norwich Crown Court on Wednesday (April 15) when he admitted burglary.

Recorder Laurence Harris adjourned sentence until June 5.

Braybrook was remanded in custody.
