Dreams Occasionwear, in Plumstead Road in Norwich, announced last month that the store would shut after 27 years in business after the owner's decision to retire.

In the weeks leading up to the closure customers have been invited to take advantage of a closing-down sale, with 50pc off all stock, including dresses, outfits, hats, hatinators, fascinators, shoes and bags.
