Ross Mathieson, who owns Son of the Bear barbershop in Kett's Hill, will be offering an intensive modern barbershop foundation course to budding city barbers.

The award-winning barber, who opened the shop in April 2023, recently obtained his vocational training charitable trust (VTCT) which makes him qualified to teach the course.

The courses will begin at the shop from September 1.
