Matthew Bargery, 42, of St Philips Road, was identified by his landlord following the discovery on January 16.

An inquest into his death was recently opened at Norfolk Coroner’s Court by area coroner Yvonne Blake.

It heard Mr Bargery worked as a tattooist, and his sister confirmed via a statement his date and place of birth as June 28, 1983 in Guildford, Surrey.
