Olivia Taylor says she "would not want to take her daughter back" after a panel of glass at the entrance to the Norfolk and Norwich Millennium Library unexpectedly shattered, leaving cuts across her and her baby.

The 34-year-old mum is calling on the council to examine the other panels and ensure measures are taken to prevent the incident happening again.
