Fresh AF, run by Norfolk-based agricultural purchasing co-operative AF Group, aims to build skills and industry knowledge through hands-on experience across the food supply chain.

Up to 20 participants from across the UK will be selected for the one-year programme.

Susie Emmett, who chairs Fresh AF, said: "The group will get through a marvellous menu of food production stories in different parts of the UK.
