The Norwich to Malaga route had been served by the now-defunct former airline, Flybe, for years before it was axed in 2019. 

Passengers have been without a direct route since, but this looks as though it may change next year.

Rumours appear to show that Irish budget airline giant, Ryanair, looks set to bring flights back to Malaga out of Norwich. 

Flights between the two cities look set to return from March, with the first one taking off on March 27. 

Statistics obtained by Aviation Week show that the demand certainly seems to be in place for the flights.
