“I’ve been asked for several years by clients, staff, friends and family, ‘when are you becoming a partner then?'" Mr Salmon said. “So, after 20 years in the accountancy world, it’s an honour to be appointed as a partner at Stephenson Smart.

"This role comes with great responsibility and represents years of learning and building trust with both clients and colleagues, as well as the commitment to helping others succeed. I’m thoroughly looking forward to helping shape the firm’s future."

Mr Salmon advises a range of clients, from ambitious start-ups to well-established businesses.

His expertise spans not only accountancy but also strategic advisory services, including personal and corporate tax, VAT and CIS (Construction Industry Scheme).

Mike Andrews, King’s Lynn partner, added: “Alex’s appointment to partner is a fantastic milestone for both Alex and the firm.

"It reflects his hard work, commitment, and the value he brings to our clients and our team, and it strengthens our continued growth and success."
