Red Fort, Delhi High Court, IGI Airport receive bomb threats ahead of Independence Day

The Delhi Police has increased security arrangements across the national capital. Apart from increasing patrolling it is conducting vehicle checking, drone surveillance and mock drills across the national capital.

New Delhi: A day ahead of India’s 80th Independence Day, the national capital and NCR on Friday received bomb threats at various important locations. Among them include Red Fort, Delhi High Court and the Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI) Terminal 3.

Speaking to CNN-News18, officials said that threats were also made on Jhandewalan Building, Jam Nagar House, Delhi Cantonment, and MB Saket Office / DM Office, and SDM Office. As precautionary measures, officials have also........
