Former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and other AAP leaders earlier boycotted the hearing before Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma after she decided against recusing herself after they expressed apprehension of bias verdict.

New Delhi: Delhi High Court Judge Swarana Kanta Sharma said on Thursday that she would initiate contempt proceeding against AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal and other discharged accused in the liquor policy case over ‘vilifying and defamatory material’ against her. he added that the excise case will be heard by a different bench.
