New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday outlined a seven-point reform agenda, ‘Shakti ki Saptdhara’, during his Independence Day address from the Red Fort, saying the framework would provide fresh momentum to India’s journey towards becoming a developed nation by 2047.
