New Delhi: Dhurandhar: The Revenge has returned to the spotlight following its international OTT release, with viewers claiming the streaming version features several noticeable differences from the theatrical cut released in Indian cinemas. The action drama, led by Ranveer Singh, arrived on Netflix for audiences in the United States and Canada nearly eight weeks after its theatrical run began. Promoted as a “raw and undekha” version, the OTT release on May 14 quickly triggered conversations online as fans began comparing screenshots, violent sequences and editing changes between both versions.

Several social media users alleged that the streaming cut restored scenes trimmed during theatrical certification, particularly graphic moments involving violence and gore. Others also pointed out differences in music cues, text formatting and post-credit scenes. The film, directed by Aditya Dhar, has already crossed the Rs 3,000 crore mark globally, making it one of the biggest Hindi commercial successes of the year.
