New Dalai Lama biography Eternal Light launched in Delhi with Karan Singh

Eternal Light, a new biography of the 14th Dalai Lama by Dr Arvind Yadav, was launched in New Delhi. The book follows his life from Tibet to Dharamshala and looks at his long role in global discussions on peace, compassion and non-violence.

A new biography of the 14th Dalai Lama, titled Eternal Light: The Life and Legacy of the 14th Dalai Lama, was formally launched at the Constitution Club of India in New Delhi on September 11. Written by journalist and biographer Dr Arvind Yadav, the book looks at the spiritual leader’s early years in Tibet, his life in exile and his global role over several decades.

The launch brought together former Union Minister Dr Karan Singh, Padma Shri Prof. Ngawang Samten, Pavan K. Varma and other guests. The event began with a Long-Life Prayer led by Geshe Chopa........
