Several Ghaziabad schools have shifted to online classes after the district administration ordered a nine-day closure during the Kanwar Yatra. Parents and teachers have raised concerns over syllabus delays, childcare problems and unequal access to digital learning.
Ghaziabad: Several private schools in Ghaziabad have moved classes online after the district administration ordered educational institutions to remain closed from August 4 to 12 during the Kanwar Yatra. The closure covers primary and secondary schools, CBSE and ICSE institutions, colleges, technical institutes, madrasas and Sanskrit board institutions.
School officials said traffic diversions and road closures have made it difficult for buses to operate on several routes, including the Ghaziabad-Meerut road. Private schools started virtual lessons from Monday........
