Indian Army helicopters landed and took off from National Highway 911 near Dantour in Rajasthan during a drill close to the Pakistan border. The exercise tested alternative landing procedures using Rudra, Dhruv and Chetak helicopters when regular aviation facilities are unavailable.
New Delhi: The Indian Army turned a section of National Highway 911 near Dantour in Rajasthan into a temporary helipad on Tuesday with military helicopters landing and taking off from the road during an operational drill close to the India-Pakistan border.
