Rajasthan unveils its first-ever AI traffic signal; adjusts light in real time based on vehicle flow

Rajasthan introduced its first-ever AI-powered traffic signal as it changed the light, according to real-time traffic on a lane. The AI-traffic system is installed at the Fatehpura intersection in Udaipur district.

New Delhi: Rajasthan is all set to introduce the state’s first AI-powered traffic signal. The system doesn’t operate at a fixed time as it monitors the current traffic on the road and automatically changes the traffic lights by seeing which side has the most traffic at that time.
