New Delhi: The investigation into the death of Rasik Dulari, a disciple at Premanand Maharaj’s ashram in Mathura, has widened as police examine his final hours, digital contacts and life inside the ashram.

Rasik died on September 25 after falling from the fourth floor of the ashram. While the initial investigation treated the incident as suicide, police are now examining several aspects of what happened before his death.

Mathura police have recorded statements from 85 people so far. Investigators are also looking into the rules followed by disciples, particularly those concerning mobile phones and contact with people outside the........
