Ayodhya Ram Temple introduces mandatory yellow attire for priests

The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust in Ayodhya has enforced a uniform dress code for all temple priests.

New Delhi: Priests at the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir in Ayodhya have started wearing a uniform dress code during daily worship and sacred rituals. The new guidelines require all priests serving at the shrine to wear traditional, unstitched yellow upper garments, known as uttariya, while performing religious duties inside the complex.
