Rishabh Pant became the first Indian to complete 100 sixes in Test cricket on Tuesday. He also became the fastest batter to achieve the elusive milestone.

New Delhi: Rishabh Pant scripted history on Day 4 of the ongoing 1st Test against Sri Lanka in Galle on Tuesday by becoming the fastest batter to complete 100 sixes in Test cricket. Pant became the first Indian and only the 4th batter overall to reach the milestone of 100 sixes in the longest format.

The swashbuckling left-hander achieved the feat en route to his 66-run knock during India’s second innings in Galle on Day 4. He smashed a six against Lahiru Kumara to reach his fifty and complete 100 sixes in Test cricket.
