The Issue: City Hall excluding Little Italy and other ethnic areas from its “immigrant enclave” map.

Italians, Greeks, Irish, Jews, Germans, French and more: For hundreds of years, your grandparents worked hard and earnestly across our city, forever branding the New York landscape with the fruits of their labor (“Zo on defense as map ‘draws’ ire,” July 11).

It boggles the mind to understand how the unfit socialist elected as mayor of this great city now attempts to erase the history by ignoring Little Italy, the Greek population of Astoria and more on his “immigrant enclave” map.

Instead, he (not surprisingly) highlighted areas like Little Palestine and Little Yemen.

But don’t just blame Mayor Mamdani.

Blame others like state Sen. Mike Gianaris and Gov. Hochul, who betrayed their constituents and America by endorsing him.
