The Issue: Nikole Hannah-Jones’ political motives for sending her daughter to a failing public school.

Nikole Hannah-Jones could’ve put her daughter in a challenging and disciplined school (“Sacrificing Children on the Altar of DEI,” Kira Davis, PostOpinion, Sept. 24).

Her published excuses for enrolling Najya in a failing public school are all inadequate.

Does she ever discuss why these public schools are complete disasters without using words like, “racism” and “inadequate funding?” Of course not. She’d have to put blame on the teachers union, whose primary goal is to indoctrinate students in the latest woke causes, all of which Hannah-Jones fully supports.
