Baltimore’s The Local Fry Is Expanding Nationally by Making Its Menu More Local

The move to Texas makes the Baltimore-based fast casual chain the first to venture beyond state lines.

The Local Fry, a Baltimore-based chain that serves wings, poutine, sandwiches, rice bowls, and more, is bringing its ‘local’ flavor outside state lines. The fast-casual restaurant, which already has three Baltimore locations, is about to launch locations in Urbana, Maryland, as well as Waco, Texas.
