Ed Sheeran recently came through Seattle, playing one night in Lumen Field, and I splurged on a good seat. I’m a longtime fan, and I was just looking for a great concert. It was a great concert, but it also came with some lessons. For a public speaker, it was a master class in communication, and how to enthrall an audience.
