Just weeks after it was announced that Daisy Edgar-Jones would be leading a new adaptation of Sense And Sensibility, there’s even more exciting news for fans of Jane Austen.

Three decades after Dam Emma Thompson first penned and starred in the Academy Award-winning film adaptation of Sense And Sensibility, she’s set to revisit the much-loved story with a brand new audio sequel, titled Becoming Meg Dashwood.

As well as executive producing the audio series, the two-time Oscar winner will play Margaret Dashwood, the younger sister of the character she first played on the big screen 30 years ago.

She’ll be leading a star-studded cast that also includesAdolescence star Erin Doherty, who plays Margaret’s younger self, and Bafta nominee Naomi Ackie in the role of her lover, Nelly.
