Are We Mentally Healthy or Just Pretending to Be Fine?
These days, one thing has become very common in society. People smile even when they are mentally tired. We meet people every day, talk to them, laugh with them and assume everything is normal. But many of them silently carry stress, anxiety, loneliness and emotional exhaustion inside.Modern life has become very fast. Everybody seems busy chasing marks, jobs, money, success, social status and approval from others. In this race, peace of mind is slowly disappearing. People have learned to hide their emotions because society often expects them to stay strong all the time.In many homes, mental health is still not taken seriously. If someone has fever or body pain, people immediately show concern. But when a person feels emotionally broken, anxious, or mentally disturbed, they are often told to “stay positive” or “stop overthinking.” Because of this mindset, many people choose silence over speaking about their struggles.
