I tried The Ivy Glasgow's new Taste of Scotland menu

Celebrating a summer of world-class culture, festivals, and sporting events, The Ivy Collection has launched a new Taste of Scotland menu which celebrates locally sourced ingredients and Scotland's rich heritage.

The specially curated menu showcases the best of Scottish flavours, with two courses costing £34.95 and three courses costing £42.95, and I was delighted to be invited along to try it with a friend.

The menu is exclusive to The Ivy's Buchanan Street and Edinburgh locations, with the restaurant saying it is the perfect way for both locals and visitors to experience the "true taste of Scotland".
