United States Geopolitical Disorder And Its Implications For Africa – OpEd
United States military actions on Islamic Republic of Iran and in the Middle East has implications for Africa. While it, practically, underscored the basic reality—especially where true power lies in the world, Africa has to, simultaneously, show relative restrained in voicing its position. Across the continent, the message is clear-cut: condemnation of the United States, the global dominance and hegemony, and its monstrous military action on Iran in late February 2026.
With Israel, the United States, both have yet shown the world another side of history—especially in the Middle East—the race for military triumphalism, shattering market conditions in developing African countries and economic partnership architecture with the Arab world, but not the security guarantees needed to ensure the survival of their leadership.
