Mishel Kacharov, 21, of Papplewick Close in Norwich, remains under investigation but has yet to be charged.

Financial investigators from the Eastern Region Special Operations Unit (ERSOU) applied at Norwich Magistrates’ Court to extend the time they could keep hold of £12,615 seized when he was arrested.

Magistrates granted a six-month adjournment for the cash to be held until September 21.
