Nate Gregory from Cromer is preparing to kayak 90km over three days along the Norfolk Broads starting on Monday, September 15.

The challenge, called Paddling for Preemies, is in support of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), where his son Eben spent seven weeks after being born prematurely in 2021.
