Row over plans for a "sustainable" home in a Norfolk village
Mrs A Hall had applied for permission from South Norfolk Council to build a three-bedroom "high quality sustainable self-build" near Loddon in September 2022.
The proposed development was set on land between The Street and Sandy Lane in Ashby St Mary and was to "merge into the natural environment" as it is partially embedded into the landscape.
Planning documents said that the proposal would "significantly help support the community and the surrounding area" and is appropriately located in terms of services and facilities.
