Tom Lyons, of the Black Swan Care Group, has submitted a proposal to extend the Beccles Care Home in St George's Road.

The bid includes four new bedrooms and the expanding of five more bedrooms to provide en-suite facilities.

In a planning statement, it said that the home is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for 35 people who are above 65 years old........
