Iain Gwynn and his father Roger, owners of Earsham Mill, had installed 162 solar panels on the property in October last year.

But earlier this year, they applied for retrospective planning permission for them.

In the planning documents it said the panels had been installed taking into account "the electrical and structural safety of the building" and were chosen........
