Donatas Sakalauskas was arrested after another man accused him of behaving in a lewd manner towards him in council-run toilets overlooking King’s Lynn’s Tuesday Market Place.

The 41-year-old denies outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner by exposing his erect penis in a public place on May 10 last year.

Sakalauskas, of Sir Lewis Street, Lynn, appeared at Norwich Crown Court on Thursday for a pre-trial review.

The court heard the case - which will be heard at King's Lynn Crown Court - is in the warned list for Monday meaning it could take place any time within two weeks of that date.

The defendant, who spoke through a Lithuanian interpreter, is represented by Lynne Shirley.

Bail conditions previously imposed on the defendant ban him from all public toilets.
