Kearon Braybrook, who has 28 convictions for 53 offences, stole a laptop, jewellery, a bank card, wallet, keys, a birth certificate and insurance documents during a break-in at a home on Spixworth Road, Old Catton.

Norwich Crown Court heard he dropped headphones, a necklace and a bracelet in nearby Catton Park after the raid at about 11am on February 25.
