A jury of seven men and five women have been hearing evidence in the case of Raymond Williams.

The 61-year-old has gone on trial for the murder of Tania Williams, a 49-year-old mother-of-four, who was found "lying in a pool of blood" outside on the road near her home in Catherine Gardens.

Jurors have been told Williams, who had been "consumed by jealousy" over the single life his estranged wife was living, was "lying in wait" for her following a night out in Norwich on January 17 this year.
