‘Flasher’ banned from every public toilet in the UK admits outraging public decency
Donatas Sakalauskas was arrested after another man accused him of behaving in a lewd manner towards him in council-run toilets overlooking King's Lynn's Tuesday Market Place.

The 42-year-old had been due to stand trial, having initially denied outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner by exposing his erect penis in a public place on May 10 last year.
But Sakalauskas has since admitted that offence as well as another matter of outraging public decency in Peterborough on May 18 this year.
