Lodge Park Homes, which is currently transforming the former Pontins site Dunes in Hemsby into 188 homes, confirmed it is set to change its plans as certain elements have become "overkill".

It is now no longer seeking to create dozens of holiday lodges and a leisure centre with a swimming pool.
