Councillor says his town has a problem with 'unacceptable' behaviour
Paul Wells hoped a widening of Great Yarmouth Borough Council's (GYBC) powers would show worried residents the authority is looking to curb a rise in antisocial behaviour.
The new Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) gives officials the ability to fine people up to £1,000 for those caught causing problems.

He said: "We are putting this in because behaviour has become unacceptable in this town and we want to put a stop to it."
The new rules can be deployed to stop........
