Top professionals including James Wade, Nathan Aspinall and Damon Heta made the trip to Hemsby to inspire the next generation of darts stars.

A darts team from Great Yarmouth and hundreds of visitors had the opportunity to meet the stars at a darts weekend at Richardson's Hemsby Beach Holiday Park.

James Bensly, a Hemsby councillor, said: "What an amazing entertainment experience we had at Hemsby.

"We have seen all the stars at Alexandra Palace and then to see them at Hemsby was fantastic. The feel-good factor is back.

"We had the general public participation and great sessions. We were actually having conversations with stars on the TV."

The event, hosted by Zeal Sports Management, also included training lessons from the professionals, Q&A sessions, competitions and tournaments.

Preparation is already under way for next year's event, which will be held on February 11 to February 15.
