D.S. Property Estates Limited have withdrawn their application to convert the David Howkins Memorial Charity Museum in Great Yarmouth into ten self-contained flats.

The proposal, submitted to Great Yarmouth Borough Council, planned to create four two-bed and six one-bed units designed for modern living at 39-40 King Street.
