Great Yarmouth Borough Council has given the green light to convert the disused retail unit at 97 Blackfriars' Road in Great Yarmouth into a laundrette.

The plans - submitted by Mr Ajanthan Thiruchandran - will see the installation of six washing machines along the southwest side of the building and six drier machines along the northeast side.

There will also be a customer waiting area at the front of the site and two dry-cleaning machines........
