The proposals were put forward by RAE Aircraft Services for land west of Rayners Way in Mattishall near Dereham.

They follow a previous application for the development that was refused and dismissed on appeal.

Concerns were raised over the risk of flooding, with the new plans positioning the homes outside of any flood risk zones.

But they still drew objections from villagers over the impact on highway safety, access, and those who live near the site.
