A scheme that would see alterations made and new bedrooms created at Estherene House on Kirkley Park Road, Kirkley in Lowestoft has been submitted.

Plans centring around "Various internal/external alterations" at the care home have been lodged with East Suffolk Council.

This includes "the formation of a new lift shaft and replacement of roof dormers and formation of new single storey lobby........
