A public information event is being held in Lowestoft next week as an "exciting project" is showcased.

Fresh plans are due to be submitted in June for the comprehensive redevelopment of Lowestoft town centre.

It comes after the bid to create a new Cultural Quarter as part of a huge £24.7m scheme of works was delayed last year after the discovery of a sewer.

The revamp of Battery Green in Lowestoft was previously due to be completed........
