Grade II-listed former commercial gallery set for auction again
Situated in the heart of Lowestoft’s historic High Street, the coastal property had failed to sell at auction last month despite approved plans to convert it.
Change-of-use proposals for 102 High Street in Lowestoft had been approved last year, with East Suffolk Council granting both listed building consent and full planning permission under delegated powers in March 2025.
But after the two-storey commercial building, with a small basement and rear garden, had been marketed for sale, there was a "lack of demand" for the property whose most recent use had been a commercial art........
