A rare bird of prey, which is typically seen only 10 times in a year, has been spotted in a seaside town once more.

A young red-footed falcon was spotted and photographed in Lowestoft on Tuesday, September 1 as birdwatchers flocked to town to catch a unique glimpse.

It was captured looking inquisitively at a mural of an insect it normally hunts on the roof of a home at the end of Rotterdam Road and Denmark Road.
