Alight Media Ltd had hoped to unveil a new illuminated digital 48-sheet advertisement display in Lowestoft.

But an Illuminated Advertisement Consent application for 233 Whapload Road in Lowestoft - to be sited on the western side of Whapload Road at Store It Right - was refused by East Suffolk Council under delegated powers in July last year.
