Jeffrey Holmes, 68, from Gressenhall, died following the collision at Hockering on December 28, 2024.

The retired performing arts lecturer was driving a Skoda Yeti when it was involved in a collision with a silver BMW 4 Series and a blue Honda Civic.

Mr Holmes died at the scene.

A female passenger in her 40s, who was travelling in the Skoda, suffered serious injuries and was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for treatment.

The driver of the BMW was also taken to hospital with minor injuries.
