Calls for action to clear up major road constantly covered in rubbish

They say bin bags are being left outside businesses in Prince of Wales Road overnight as they wait to be collected. 

This has resulted in the rubbish bags being torn open by rats and birds as they scavenge for food leading to litter being strewed across the pavements.
