Why has this village been named the poshest in Norfolk?
Brancaster was included in The Telegraph's 49 poshest villages in Britain, taking the title from Burnham Market after several years.
One reason behind it is the average property price, which sits at £941,511.
This is almost £700,000 more than the £268,421 national average, according to the UK House Price Index.

There is a plethora of holiday homes in the village, making it more suited to second-home owners than first‑time buyers.
In Burnham Market, the average house price is £925,923.
Brancaster is in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which is a designated, high-quality landscape in the UK protected by law to conserve its natural beauty, flora, fauna and cultural heritage.
The nearby sandy beach, which is regularly hailed among the best in Britain, brings in visitors looking for somewhere away from nearby touristy towns.
Another factor in its poshness may be the Royal West Norfolk Golf Club, which was founded in 1892 and had King Edward VII as its first patron.
It has been named among the top 100 best playable golf courses in the world, and it is 14th in the UK.

Its award-winning pubs offer visitors some high-class options, such as the White Horse, which offers an Oysters & Fizz deal from between £13 and £45.
The pub has been the subject of national acclaim several times, including best pub for seaside pints, best hotel for walkers and last year as one of the UK’s top 100 pubs.
The Ship, which was named as one of the best places to stay in the east of England, also serves pricier food, with its cheapest main meal of artichoke linguine being £19.95.
